The FSO’s transport statistics overview provides key figures and facts on all aspects of mobility in Switzerland across 60 pages (available in French and German).

Transport performance continues to increase

Transport in Switzerland is increasing every year. In 2017 a total 135 billion person-kilometres were covered by road and rail. This is 2% more than in the previous year and 32% more than in 2000.
