Based on Article 13 of the Federal Constitution and the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation, everyone has the right to the protection of privacy, as well as to protection from misuse of their personal details. The Federal Authorities comply with these provisions. Personal details are treated in the highest confidence and are neither passed on nor sold to third parties.

Information automatically stored when you visit our websites

In close cooperation with our hosting provider, we make every effort to protect the databases from outside access, data loss, misuse or falsification.

When you access our websites, the following data are stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information on the operating system and browser.

The search field on this website ("Google Custom Search") is provided by Google LLC ("Google"). You acknowledge and accept that Google's data protection provisions (under www.google.de/privacy.html) shall apply to your use of the search field and that by using Google's search field you engage Google to use your personal data in accordance with the data protection provisions.

If you do not wish to agree to this, please refrain from using the search field as data will only be transferred if the form is submitted.

This usage data forms the basis for statistical and anonymous evaluations, based on which the Federal Authorities make improvements to the information on offer. Under the Federal Act on the Surveillance of Postal and Telecommunications Traffic (SPTA), there is a statutory duty to store data on all connections made in the past six months.
