Cultural activities

The cultural and leisure practices of the resident population in Switzerland are surveyed every five years as part of the Language, Religion and Culture Survey (LRCS). The data relate to practices in the twelve months preceding the survey.

Collected in 2019, the latest data also allow comparisons to be made for the first time with the first LRCS survey of 2014.

The results show the state and evolution of cultural and leisure practices in Switzerland just before the coronavirus crisis. The next survey will take place in 2024.
