Administrative data integrated into the Business Registers Data are taken from the old age and survivors' insurance (OASI), value added tax data (VAT) and the FCA (data on imports and exports of goods).
In accordance with Art. 4 of the Federal Statistics Act (FStatA), data from compensation funds, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) and the Federal Customs Administration (FCA) may be used by the FSO, integrated into the Business and Enterprise Register (BER) and made available to statistical producers at the FSO.
