The FSO is commissioned with collecting and processing data from the compensations funds and matching these data with the units from the Business and Enterprise Register (BER). This processing of data enables employee data to be calculated. OASI data serve to update the BER and are used as a basis for the structural and demographic business statistics (STATENT) and also in various statistics including those in the areas of the labour market and income, National Accounts and the commuter flow matrix.
