Home moves in 2022

In 2022, 9.5% of the Swiss population moved, down from 10.1% in 2021. Young adults were still the persons who changed accommodation most often. Occupants of single-family houses moved less often than occupants of multi-dwelling housing. The average distance for moves was 13.7 km.
