Job statistics

The Job Statistic (JOBSTAT) is a quarterly economic statistics based on an enquiry. The observed variables are jobs per employment rate and full time equivalents, job vacancies, employment prospects and recruiting challenges per education type. The nomenclatures used are NOGA (economic divisions), NUTS2 (Major Regions) and education indicators.

The Swiss Labour Force Survey SLFS collects data on the number of employed persons, the JOBSTAT collects quarterly data on the number of jobs and the STATENT gathers yearly data on jobs from registers (OASI – DI – IC, Business and Enterprise Register BER).
