Construction expenditure in Switzerland in 2019: temporary data Construction investments stagnate at the previous year's level

Private renovation projects boosted construction investments in 2022

20.07.2020 - In 2019, year-on-year construction expenditure rose in nominal terms by 0.2%. Compared with the previous year, investment in building engineering projects fell by 0.9%, while investment in civil engineering projects rose by 3.9%. These are provisional findings from the 2019 Construction Statistics from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
