Home care services: financing trends 2013-2022

In 2022, the national average hourly rate for home care services was CHF 114 when provided by a public organisation, versus CHF 83 for private companies. Public authorities' contribution per hour of care was higher for public providers than private ones. However, private providers invoiced more hours overall. Private home care companies invoiced 2.5 times more hours per patient than their public counterparts.
