The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the employment situation of professional education graduates in 2020
For the majority of PET graduates (graduation year 2016), the employment situation in 2020 changed at least temporarily due to measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. 45% of them worked from home, 17% of employed graduates were affected by a reduction of working hours and for around a third of self-employed persons, the COVID-19 pandemic led to a decrease in income from employment and a decline in orders.
