Swiss construction output price index in April 2018 Construction prices rose by 0.4% in April 2018

Construction prices rose by 0.6% in October 2023

Neuchâtel, 21 June 2018 (FSO) - The construction price index recorded a drop of 0.4% between October 2017 and April 2018, reaching 99.0 points (base October 2015 = 100). This result reflects an increase in building prices and a decrease in civil engineering prices. Construction prices also rose year on year with an increase of 0.4%. These figures have been compiled by the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
