The population with a migration background is more favourable towards religious or spiritual communities being allowed to practise their own funeral rites than the population without a migration background.
The share of persons who are in favour of religious or spiritual communities being allowed to practise their own funeral rites has increased in the population without a migration background, while it has remained stable in the population with a migration background, regardless of the generation.
In all major regions, the share of persons who are favourable towards various religious and spiritual communities practising their own funeral rites does not differ significantly between the population without a migration background and the population with such a background.
This indicator is based on the answer to the following question:
“To what extent do you agree with the following statement? All religious and spiritual communities should be allowed to practise their own funeral rites.”
This indicator shows the share of the permanent resident population aged 15 and over who completely agrees or tends to agree with the statement above.
