Well-being: possibilities and limitations of monitoring and evaluation

At its meeting on 23rd November 2016, the Federal Council approved the report "Quality of life and well-being - possibilities and limitations of their analysis and evaluation". The results show that well-being can be monitored using suitable instruments. It is also possible to evaluate the effects of political measures on some specific dimensions of well-being, but not on well-being as a whole.
