Rate of employees with managerial function

This indicator provides information on the position of employees on the hierarchical job scale by showing the share of employees with a managerial function.

From an integration perspective, the aim is to align the rate of employees with a managerial function between the different population groups.

Definitions

Employees: people who live on a salary paid by their employer.

Employees with managerial function: employees who are members of management or who perform a managerial role.

Methodologies

The indicator is calculated by dividing the number of employees with managerial function by the total number of employees (excluding apprentices).
