From an integration perspective, the aim is to align the rate of employees with a managerial function between the different population groups.
In 2022, the population with a migration background has a rate of employees with a managerial function similar to the one of the population without such a background.
Between 2012 and 2020, the rate of employees with a managerial function remained stable in both the populations with and without a migration background.
