Im Rahmen der Mietpreis-Strukturerhebung hat das BFS erstmalig Daten zu den Ausgaben für selbstgenutztes Wohneigentum erhoben. Erfasst wurden Zahlungen für Hypotheken, Amortisation, Erneuerungsfonds, Liegenschaftssteuer, Gebäudeversicherung sowie Heizung und Warmwasser.
