Positive employment situation sustained across Switzerland in 4th quarter 2022
25.11.2022 - In the 3rd quarter 2022, total employment (number of jobs) in Switzerland rose by 2.2% in comparison with the same quarter a year earlier (seasonally adjusted +0.2% against previous quarter). In full-time equivalents, employment in the same period rose by 2.4%. The Swiss economy counted 26 100 more vacancies than in the same quarter of the previous year (+26.6%) and the employment outlook indicator also indicated an upward trend (+1.4%). These are some of the latest findings from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
