Neuchâtel, 24.05.2012 (FSO) - According to the Federal Statistical Office (FSO), expenditure on means-tested social benefits rose both in 2009 (+4.5%) and in 2010 (+8.2%). In spending on social assistance, the downward trend of the past three years was broken.
