The purpose of this module is to provide information on retired persons and those about to retire and in particular on the transition to retirement or early retirement and the finan-cial situation of these people. The focus of this module is, therefore, on persons aged 55 and over. To collect information on the future generation's situation with regard to old-age pension schemes, all people aged 18 and over answer questions about their financial situ-ation.
