In 2019, 7.7% of salaried employees had a fixed-term contract compared with 6.7% in 2010. Almost a quarter of salaried employees aged between 15 and 24 years (23.5%) had an employment contract of this type, with internships (34.6%) accounting for a large share of this amount. 1.2% of salaried employees were employed and paid by a temporary employment agency. A far larger share of salaried employees (5.7%) found their jobs through a private employment agency but were paid by the company for which they worked.
