Managerial wages / low wages

The Swiss Earnings Structure Survey (ESS) is a survey carried out among private and public enterprises and administrations in Switzerland every two years. It allows a regular description of the wage structure in all economic activities of the secondary and tertiary sector based on representative data. In addition to the economic activity and the size of the enterprise concerned, it also covers individual characteristics of the employee and the job, such as occupational position.

Find out here how high wage levels are in upper and middle management and how much the best paid 10% of upper management earn. You can also find out how high the proportion of low-paid jobs is by individual employee and job characteristics.
