Employment contracts (length, agency, internship), years of service

In 2022, 8.6% of salaried employees had a fixed-term contract compared with 7.2% in 2010. About a quarter of salaried employees aged between 15 and 24 years (25.3%) had an employment contract of this type, with internships (29.9%) accounting for a large share of this amount. 1.4% of salaried employees were employed and paid by a temporary employment agency. A far larger share of salaried employees (4.9%) found their jobs through a private employment agency but were paid by the company for which they worked.
