You can complete the questionnaire online, transmit and print it. To fill in the questionnaire, you have to log in with your User-ID and password:
- User-ID: 7-digit number which identifies your enterprise and remains unchanged.
- Password: 8-digit code which changes every survey period.
You can find your User-ID and password in the letter/e-mail.
Important:
If a list of survey periods is appearing, this means that some survey periods haven't been completely filled in and transmitted. Only survey periods for which the data hasn't already been transmitted can be selected.
To complete a survey period and transmit the data, you have to click on "Transmit Data" on the summary page.
ATTENTION: All values have to be entered in 1000 CHF.
