The data of national cancer monitoring (annual update of the FSO website) are part of the national cancer statistics (cf. FSO website Methods). The data show various indicators of cancer incidence (new cancer cases) and mortality (cancer deaths) in Switzerland by age group, gender and cancer site.
The latest available data can be downloaded through the various tabs below (cf. Further information). In addition to the tables, graphs, maps, and reports, interactive tables are also provided through the tab “Data”. The interactive tables contain detailed, aggregated data from the National Cancer Statistics (NKS). They are publicly available in anonymised form in the FSO's interactive database (STAT-TAB). The data can be filtered by a data query to be displayed in an online table. The data query can also be exported in a common file format and further processed locally. The data is also available at opendata.swiss.
