09.06.2022 - New statistical information

Victim support statistics 2021

For the year 2021 as a whole, victim support centres recorded 44 633 consultations, corresponding to an increase of 3% compared with the previous year. The amount of compensation and reparations awarded to victims or their relatives was at its lowest level since statistics began. CHF 4.8 million were allocated, a decrease of 10% compared with 2020. These figures come from the latest survey on victim support as defined by law.
