Swiss Health Survey: work and health 2012‒2022 More and more people stressed at work

23.5.2024 - The proportion of people who say they feel stressed at work rose from 18% to 23% in the decade between 2012 and 2022. This is the largest recorded increase among various working conditions that may pose physical or psychosocial health risks. Over half (53%) of persons who were stressed were also emotionally exhausted at work and thus at greater risk of a burnout. These are some of the findings of the publication released today by the FSO on this subject.
