Neuchâtel, 24.03.2015 (FSO) - Almost two-thirds (63%) of childless women and men aged 20-29 would like to have two children. A quarter (28%) say that ideally, they would like three or more children. Women with a tertiary education are most likely to remain childless (30%). Since the 1990s it has become more acceptable for women with small children to go out to work. These are some of the initial findings from the Families and Generations Survey 2013 from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
