07.12.2020 - Five years after their creation, half of businesses are still active. New companies therefore have to continuously fight for their survival. Among the businesses that pass this milestone, a very small number see a strong increase in employment from the very first years of their existence. These are referred to as gazelle companies. These are the latest results from the Federal Statistical Office’s (FSO) statistics on business demography (UDEMO).
