Request to register as UID service

Administrative services that wish to register as a UID service have to send a request to the FSO. For requests from UID services with limited obligation (administrative units that are not mentioned in the UIDO), the FSO also asks for the consent of the cantonal UID coordination service.

If the entity making the request meets the criteria for a UID service, the access rights will be sent to them by post.
