Swiss Labour Force Survey and its derivative statistics: hours worked in 2022
In 2022, 7.922 billion hours were worked in Switzerland, an increase of 1.3% compared with the previous year. The pre-pandemic level was achieved. Between 2017 and 2022, the actual weekly hours worked by full-time employees fell by 59 minutes on average, reaching 39 hours and 59 minutes.
