Professional education and training: Training situation of the graduating class of 2020

An improvement in both the labour market position and income are decisive factors in the choice of a professional education. Just one year after graduation, over half of graduates said that their professional education had positively affected their income and career prospects. Employers supported around 40% of professional education and training, assuming on average a quarter of the costs for courses, examinations and material.
