Equality of people with disabilities: overview 2020

In 2018, 69% of persons with disabilities participated in the labour market. However, their quality of life at work was worse than that of people without disabilities. They were subject to a higher degree of discrimination or violence in the workplace (26%). Roughly 4% of persons with disabilities also indicated that in the previous twelve months they had suffered discrimination at work because of their disability.
