Condominium

It is usually a dwelling in a multi-family house or in a building with mixed use (office, sales area, commercial, residential), i.e. in a building with a shared entrance and stairwell under the same roof. The use of the dwelling for living or working (e.g. as a practice or office) is not a decision criterion. All forms of ownership are counted: condominium ownership and joint ownership. Privately owned dwellings include hobby rooms if they are heated and have daylight and a water connection and if the owner has exclusive right of use. Separate parking spaces are also assigned to a dwelling.
