Swiss construction output price index in October 2016 Prices fall by 0.5% in construction

Construction prices rose by 0.6% in October 2023

Neuchâtel, 22.12.2016 (FSO) - In October 2016, the construction output price index recorded a drop of 0.5% compared with April 2016. It currently stands at 99.0 points (base October 2015 = 100). This result reflects a decline in building prices and a slight increase in civil engineering prices. Year on year, construction prices fell by 1.0% according to the latest results from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
